Billing meters captured pages: one page is one URL, with every viewport and state included. Standardized widths mean the number is predictable.
One org allowance
Your page allowance is shared across the whole organization, so a busy month on one account draws from the same pool. Run low and you hear about it at 80%. Run out and you add a page pack, never a surprise overage.

Every teammate is free. Invite project managers, account leads, and QA without touching the bill.

What counts as a page?+
One captured URL. Capture it at every viewport (desktop, mobile, and more) and every state (scrolled, ISI expanded, modals, consent) and it still counts as a single page. The cover and table of contents in your download package are free. A 15-page site is 15 pages, no matter how many viewports or states we grab. Recapturing a page later counts again.
Are seats and viewports really free?+
Yes. Add every PM, account lead, and QA person, and capture as many viewports and states as you need, all at no cost. You only pay for pages captured, so pricing tracks usage, not headcount.
What happens when I hit my page allowance?+
You get a heads-up in the app at 80% of your allowance. At 100% new captures pause and you can add a 100-page pack for $249, applied right away. Pack pages you do not use carry over to the end of your next billing cycle. Nothing runs silently over the limit, so there is never a surprise on the invoice. If you find yourself buying packs most months, the next tier is cheaper per page.
How long are captures kept?+
Solo keeps captures for 30 days, Team for 90 days, and Agency for 1 year. Agency can extend retention to 2, 5, 7 years, or unlimited for regulated record-keeping.
What makes Agency different from Team?+
Separate, walled-off workspaces per client, an exportable tamper-evident audit trail, SSO, and a signed DPA. It is the tier a pharma agency legal and MLR team can stand behind. You move up for compliance, not for page count.
What is founding pricing?+
The first 10 organizations get 50% off their monthly plan, on any tier, for their first 12 months. It is applied automatically to every monthly invoice. After month 12, your plan moves to the standard list price. No annual contract. If you cancel, the founding rate does not come back with you. Single-site founding pricing has its own spots and does not count toward the 10.

How is billing handled?+
You are billed monthly by invoice, Net 30. Pay by ACH (preferred, no fee), bank transfer, or card.
