Terms of Service
RouteShot LLC · Last updated 2026-09-20
1. Agreement
These Terms govern your access to and use of RouteShot, provided by RouteShot LLC ("RouteShot," "we"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of your organization.
2. The service
RouteShot captures screenshots of websites you direct it to, at configured viewports, and produces organized output and a record of each job. You are responsible for having the right to capture the sites and staging environments you point it at.
3. Accounts and access
Access is organization-scoped. Org admins may invite and remove members and manage project settings and credentials. You are responsible for activity under your organization's accounts and for keeping access credentials secure.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use RouteShot to access systems you are not authorized to access, to break the terms of a site you capture, or to overload or disrupt any site or the service. Do not attempt to breach the isolation between organizations.
5. Your data and credentials
You retain all rights to the sites you capture and the resulting captures ("Customer Data"). You grant RouteShot the rights needed to run captures, store output, and provide the service. Staging credentials you save are encrypted and handled as described in the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, a Data Processing Addendum.
6. Fees
Paid plans are billed as described at the time of purchase or on your invoice. During early access, billing is by manual invoice. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Intellectual property
RouteShot and its software, branding, and documentation are our property. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service, not ownership of it.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is." RouteShot supports review, compliance, and QA workflows but is not a guarantee of regulatory compliance. You are responsible for your own review and compliance decisions.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RouteShot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends; data handling on termination is described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
